It has been announced that the top three finishers in the Bagel and Beads stakes
at Fairplex early this month will be headed to the breeding shed. The list includes
Ashley's Kitten, Coco Belle, and Kalookan Dancer. Ashley's Kitten ran today and
was a disappointing third in today's feature, the 1 1/16 mile Las Madrines Handicap
as co-favorite. The top two finishers were Magical Victory then Champagne Eyes.
