New York Maidens on grass (two turns)
1. Winning Punch: Has speed and the rail but am skeptical can keep going to wire after 11 straight losses, not on the jump up in class. Best shot might come if it showers, as like in the wet.
2. Patronus Charm: Fourth start for barn I am not too familiar with. Curtis Payne ? 4yo has two thirds in three starts, dont see a catalyst for moving forward.
3. Being Queen: Moves in from much weaker.
4. Pretty Victory: Was 44-1 against some others who return in here, don't expect a ton of improvement.
5. Viva La Gata: Hushion first time starter. Has one recently with more improbable ones than this. Pick 4 user for sure.
6. Refinery Fire: Beaten favorite in last doesnt seem to be getting better.
7. Lateday Edition: Weaver is 10-45, horse is fresher than several others, looks okay to me.
8. Justify: Thirteenth start for barn that doesnt have any other horses apparently, Dominguez gets the ride; been knocking on the door but I am thinking of a fresher face.
9. Bird in Hand: Not much.
10. Driven by Royalty: Got a perfect rail skimming trip last time and now moves to the outside; four straight losses and Castellano exits to ride the 2. Pitching.
Going with 7-2. Kind of a crap shoot on this one.
